Q: Do you ship to my country?

 

A: Yes. We proudly ship worldwide! Better yet, our tracked shipping is always 100% free of charge, with no minimum purchase!

Q: How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Tracking numbers are sent by email in 2-5 days after you place your order.


We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for full-refund or reship. 


 Q: My order has been dispatched, can I track it?


A: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?


A: Of course. We offer an extended 90 days guarantee! 


If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at support@whiztem.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!


Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

 

A: Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 3 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@whiztem.com.


3 hours after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
